Returns & Refunds

If your Voyager House piece is not suitable, returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Once received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
